Eligibility for Returns 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period. 
     
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Send an email to yumvorapvtltd@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images 

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue to expedite processing. 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions 

Once your request is approved, we will share detailed return instructions and the next steps via email. 

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete. 

Partial Refunds 

In certain cases—such as minor damage or incomplete packaging—a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
