You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can initiate a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently do not support modifications to items or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
